Called about getting rose gold plating done. The person doing the plating got on the phone. He stated he could not plate rose gold onto sterling silver, I asked about silver. He replied, sterling silver IS silver, I'll have to look at it to see if it's possible. You will have to bring it in, I'm busy, have a nice day and hung up on me. Well, sterling silver is .925% silver, silver is 99.9% silver. Instead of allowing me to explain that and ask if SILVER could be plated gold he simply told me he'd have to see it and bring it in, as stated above. I live in Wheeling. Why would I take it to Wintersville and be told it can't be done? VERY rude and unprofessional and rushed me off the phone. Said before he told me to bring it in and have a nice day that he was answering all my question, yet... never answered the one about 99.9 SILVER because he gave me no time to ask and rushed me off the phone and hung up. I will NEVER deal with this place in anyway and don't advise to use them unless you want rushed and ignored. I even asked if sterling sliver could be plated with something else first then the rose gold and he couldn't answer that either. Again, stating, bring it in I'll have to look at it. WTF???
Went there for a watch sizing. Literally could of done it myself had they handed me the tool to do so. They said the guy who could do it was busy while I waited 15 mins to see him just standing next to a sales associate helping the customer. There was also a couple he was supposed to be assisting in front of me. My issue isn't with the waiting. My issue is that I was told it would be about an hour, then told to come back the next day, for a simple task that any of the 6 other people in there could have done in seconds. Went to Kay's in the mall and was in and out in literally three minutes. I'm all for local business but for such a simple task to take so long and the service to be so inhospitable... there's a reason big corporations thrive.
