Unless you want fungus and to be on a antibiotic for three months DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the only place I get my pedicures and I got a terrible fungus on my toe nails! The podiatrist said it was from getting a pedicure with contaminated instructions. I really give them 0 stars! Will never return!!!
My fiancées sister & I went because she had a won a gift card, & wanted to get our nails done for our upcoming vacation. They were rushed the whole time & hardly acknowledged us at all. We will not be returning here to get our nails done!
I went to Angel Nails yesterday to have a fill and the holographic nails. With the holographic nails, you have to get gel polish plus holographic powder put on top of them after. The nail technician that I had seemed to have done a nice set from first appearances, but the next day that was contrary to my belief. My nails showed air bubbles and ridges from uneven electric filing and gel polish application. As soon as I noticed, I called the salon to voice my complaint. I spoke with Annie, the owner, and I was told that they would fix them for free (which I definitely would hope so), and that I'd have to wait till tomorrow because that tech wasn't in today. I agreed with that solution. Then, I was by the salon, so I stopped in, and Annie had a look. She gave me the same response that she had previously given over the phone. As soon as I left there my polish started peeling off of my nails onto the floor. I just called them and Annie refused to refund me my money because she said the tech already took payment. Obviously, regardless of whether or not I received the service (which was her excuse to decline refund), I should be entitled to a refund for such mediocre and atrocious quality work/customer service. Angel Nails is another foreign owned nail shop that just wants your MONEY!! They don't care about the quality of their work, they charge you for sneezing or breathing in their salon, and then they collude to steal your MONEY, whilst having a poor attitude. Check out PRO Nails in Steubenville, they seem to do the best quality work in this area. By the way, I paid $54.61 for deplorable work, attitude and peeling/air bubbled nails. Do yourself a favour and keep your money in your wallet when it comes to this nail salon!!!
They ignored me half thet time I was there. After my pedicure was done he went on to do someone else's nails and completely forgot about me. He even came back over to me and told me he forgot about me. Also, the guy who did my nails used products that all came from the dollar general. If I wanted low quality products I would use them at home instead of going to a salon where I expect that they would use salon quality products. The nails are already chipping. Not worth the 37.50 I paid for the pedicure, very dissatisfied! Really want my money back.
I usually go here and I am always very pleased with my nails, the only time I've ever had a bad experience was when I asked for a certain design and the guy did nothing even similar. But other than that the service is great!
