Too crowded and very ghetto. Organization is crappy. Wintersville Krogers much better.

Not a big store. You have to pick thru produce, Aldi's much better. Meat is usually highest in area.
The shelves are NEVER stocked. Just about every time i go there, regardless of the time or day of the week or how busy it is, the things we most frequently shop for are not stocked. Also they used to be open 24 hours - which was convenient as it's close to my house - but they changed the hours & now close at 1:00am... The Steubenville location at Hollywood City Center is much nicer; I would recommend that one. (But I think they close earlier, 10:00pm I believe.)
